Who we are
IN 2013, Clair Timlin started ecoClean with the simple premise that you can empower staff members by offering the opportunity to uplift their positions through consistent training and upskilling...
... and doing so with the intrinsic belief that it's important to look after the ecosystem, that a happy company that operates with intention will naturally pass on that enthusiasm to the customer. Being eco-friendly naturally came with a love for the environment, which encouraged the company to expand its offerings to gardens, too. It is this symbiosis beween cleaning with intent and caring for the greenery that defines and sets ecoClean apart.
- A staff-first approach:
- By takinng the approach of upliftment and upskilling, we have shown that the staff are happier and more productive. ecoClean is reknown for having a low staff turnover rate, and this is something we are proud of and intend to continue.
- An eco-friendly company:
- We are proud that everyone in our company is onboard with sustainable cleaning practices. We are lucky enough to have fantastic suppliers and ensure that all products we use are safe for the ecosystem and not harmful to people.
- Cleaning and greening:
- What really sets us apart is the natural inclusion of gardening services as part of our offering. Because we like to upskill and are aware of the need for environmental sustainability, we have naturally moved into the space of offering greening services, too. By cleaning and greening we can both look after our clients' cleaning needs and gardening needs, which is good for cleanliness, great for the environment, good for the well-being of all those who enjoy the clean, green areas. And it's great for our clients, too. Being able to offer all of these services under one roof saves our clients time and money!
