Deep cleaning

Because moving into a new residential or commercial property often feels like the previous occupant's idea of 'clean' might not be the same as yours.

  • Dust and clean high areas: clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and high shelves to remove accumulated dust and cobwebs.

  • Wash walls and baseboards: wipe down walls, baseboards, and trim to remove dirt, scuffs, and stains

  • Clean behind and under furniture: move furniture and appliances to vacuum, sweep, and mop hidden areas where dust and debris collect.

  • Clean windows thoroughly: wash window panes, frames, and sills inside and out, and remove dust from blinds or wash curtains.

  • Deep clean carpets and rugs: shampoo carpets or steam clean to remove dirt, stains and odours.

  • Scrub grouting and tiles: deep clean grout lines in bathrooms, kitchens, and tiled areas using specialised eco-friendly cleansers or a baking soda paste.

  • Sanitise high-touch surfaces: disinfect frequently touched items like light switches, remotes, door handles, and phones.

  • Clean appliances inside and out: deep clean the interior and exterior of kitchen appliances like the oven,  microwave, refrigerator (including coils), dishwasher, and washing machine.

  • Declutter and organise: remove unnecessary items, organise storage spaces, and wipe down drawers, cabinets, and closets.

  • Disinfect trash bins: wash and sanitise trash cans to eliminate bacteria and odours.

  • Polish furniture: clean and polish wooden furniture to restore shine and remove grime.

  • Wash bedding and upholstery: launder or steam clean curtains, cushion covers, mattresses, and upholstered furniture.

  • Clean heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems: replace air filters and dust vents to improve air quality.

  • Clean outdoor areas: sweep patios, porches, and balconies; wash outdoor furniture; and clean exterior windows, windows sills, and doors.

  • Descale and remove hard-water stains: use vinegar or specialised products to clean faucets, shower heads, and other areas with hard water build-up.

  • Deodorise and freshen: use natural deodorisers, baking soda, or essential oils to refresh the space.
